Low Fat Baked Brie

I promised the recipe and so here it is…

Servings: Makes 8 servings.
Prep: 25 mins
Total: 35 mins
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup light marmalade or jam
1 8-ounce round low fat Brie cheese (about 4 inches in diameter)
1 package of low fat crescent rolls
Spenda Brown sugar
1.Cut off a thin slice from the top of the Brie to remove the rind; discard. Place the Brie in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Top with marmelade/jam, then with a layer of crescent rolls
(you can wrap crescent rolls around the brie if you prefer).  Put a thin layer of margarine on the crescent rolls. Then sprinkle a layer of Spenda brown sugar on the top.
2. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree F oven about 10 to 12 minutes or until Brie is softened and warmed but not runny
